According to the article, some of the testing is being done at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, here in MD. Probably Weide AAF. Will have to pay closer attention to that area

I don't see it on ADS-B X yet but do see the data signals on 225.1, the data signals are increasing in strength so it must be at a relatively low altitude climbing out.
