SENTRY62 doing touch and goes at Dover AFB (80-0137 Hex AE11EA)

Some photos from the roof cam - haze is back - must be almost summertime !! Distance was about 32 miles and the lowest altitude was 300 feet off Runway 01

I believe it was @Mark that pointed this out, interesting how all traffic cams from Greenville to the airport along RT 141 go down a little while before the motorcade arrives or departs. N22PP just landed at New Castle, about 45 minutes until scheduled departure. N1SP circling the airport still.

Yeah seems Deldot Cams got the word from USSS to shut them down..

GAF-123 A400M inbound Dover it seems.. With tower 126.350 landing runway 19 from the North.. ..Rare stop for A-400M's.
Sure would like to see one up close. Look like a shrunken C-17 with props. Must be empty after this long flight.
loaded they will stop every 4 hours or so like a C-130.

Anyone know why I am able to hear the ZBW UCA09/ART08 controller on 237.55 from the Rome, NY area but not the aircraft, but I can hear the aircraft on 123.875 (UCA09) and 135.25 (ART08) but not the controller? Very weird situation especially since I am about 240 NM from the ZBW location in Nashua, NH.

Do you know what the VHF side of the 237.55 pair is ?

273.55, sorry about that.

Okay first off - it does not matter that the center is located in New Hampshire. The remote transmitter sites are scattered throughout New York and New England. They are connected by various means - fiber optic cable, microwave and or telephone lines. What you are hearing on 273.550 is the controller being relayed from the transmitter site close to you. Do you hear the controller on 124.250 when he transmits on 273.550 ?

There's an ALTREV for tomorrow, 19th, which looks like it could be for the F15s

24 hour weather slip due to fog at 'heath so look out for a new ALTREV being NOTAMed.

Forecast for tomorrow is more fog but with the large number of F16s also routing back this week I think there will be more pressure for a waiver.

Things are a little more complex than usual for the tanker fleet because of the differring quarantine rules in different places. For instance, Mildenhall can't be used without advanced booking (so todays BLUEs from the South are going to Keflavik instead of dropping into Mildenhall)
