OLIVE 49 was an RC-135. GRAY KNIGHT is listed as a P-3 callsign. There was a SPAR 28 as well, on approach just after they ditched, Tower was asking if they saw anything.

After POTUS visit to Traverse City, he will travel to Wilmington, Delaware, where he will remain overnight. Apparently FLOTUS lands there as well upon return from NH trip.

On Sunday, the President and the First Lady will return to the White House where they will host a Fourth of July barbecue with essential workers and military families on the South Lawn.

I had that freq listed as MA ANG so that all fits together.

Has that been confirmed recently ? Initially when HAWK 21 was handed off from Boston to Toronto they were given 374.50 then the controller changed it to 344.30, but they came back and said they had no contact on 344.30 and the controller then gave them VHF 134.575.

Thanks for the recommendations. so with both the handheld bc125at or the bc355n i should be able to pick up the range coms or the jets them selves?

You need a scanner that covers 225-380 MilAir UHF band. The bc355 does not cover that band. The bc125 does cover it and is a good starter radio for a handheld. The bc15x is a desktop scanner and is very good on the 225-380 MilAir band. I have 4 of them. Get yourself a nice outdoor discone antenna for it for home use. Get the antenna up as high as you can and use good quality coax cable.

I hear comms on it all the time and have recordings of it so it's a good freq. There's not very many UHF freqs in use in Canada for centers.
