1155- ???-35 (id a single F-18, female pilot) working ZDC Casanova (282.2)>ZDC Montebello (284.7)

Callsign was ROMAN 35. While working ZDC Casanova (LiveATC - controller only) they were cleared to 5000 feet then cancelled IFR, "radar services terminated frequency change approved". Then about 10 minutes later popped up in the same sector requesting clearance back to KNTU, cleared via GVE direct at 15000.

1626- SKULL 41 leaving Viper West on ZBW 135.250, requesting direct ROC-IHD.

note- ZBW08/09 are actually split at this time (very rare), lots of weather deviations into KBOS. SKULL 41 initially called up on 323.00 and the controller told them to call 135.250 (different controller) for their clearance.

1634- SKULL 41 back on UHF to ZBW 353.925.
