1443- Just caught last of exchange on SAM A-A (292.8) w/09-0015 & 09-0016----09-0016 advising they " are bringing the Green Plane" home.

Do the NJ F16s use VHF a/a freqs anymore??

For reference, F-16Ds don’t get a second UHF radio. Any time an F-16 unit flies their two-seater, they’ll have to use VHF ATC or VHF tactical freqs. That’s your best chance for hearing them.

I had a ball listening in yesterday and today as I had the day off. Pretty neat stuff to hear as I’m new to scanning the aircraft bands.

Night flight for AF1 tomorrow.

In the evening, the President will travel to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The departure from Joint Base Andrews is scheduled for 5:50pm EST and the arrival at General Mitchell International Airport should be about 6:30pm CST. Return is scheduled to leave Milwaukee at 9:50pm CST with 12:30am EST arrival at ADW.
