2100 local GRIM-99 E-4B turning South along the East coast so may be stopping at Andrews.

2100 ZULU-82 out in AZ pushing up to FL67.5K.
Have a feeling this flight test done soon so Army folks maybe giving it a last flight hurrah record for a Max altitude?

Hypothetically I guess a F-15 at FL 50k with AIM-120 radar missile "Slammer"could drop it if needed..
Not much of a heat signature on this electric long wing drone but bet it paints a huge radar sig.
An F-15 Just Made the World’s Longest Missile Shot (yahoo.com)

2125 GRIM-99 dropping real fast after right hand turn so maybe into Dover?

2133 GRIM-99 on ZDC 127.700 looking for 11k in decent..Not going to Dover.. Looks like Andrews.
2137 GRIM-99 push Potomac appch/BWI 119.700 going down to FL4k kind of dodging wx.
Easy to catch as even though a 747 it has that military background whine and strong mil voice punch on the radio :)

1506z 122.725 NASA 802 (N802NA) inbound to land full stop at Brunswick (KBXM). Apparently he took off from there this morning and I missed it. Check out his plot during his flight! Be curious what he was testing for.

SMAP Validation Experiment in 2022 (SMAPVEX22) takes place in April, July, and August over Harvard forest in Massachusetts and Milbrook in New York. The science objective is to improve and validate soil moisture retrieval algorithms over forest regions. Due to the scattering and absorption effects by the thick vegetation, forest regions are one of the most challenging targets for soil moisture retrieval. Yet carbon science, forest fire, and other applications require reliable information on soil moisture. This campaign will contribute to the science goals of NASA's SMAP and NISAR missions. SMAPVEX22 include the following components of observations: SMAP satellite data, PALS (Passive Active L and S band) airborne data, L-band UAVSAR data, upward looking ground radiometer, upward looking Lidar, mobile receiver for bistatic observations of GPS signal, detailed characterization of vegetation geometry and water content, soil surface roughness, and soil moisture.

Shaw may be a red herring Mark, not certain but its looking more like the Swamp Foxes to me given its only two cells!

I bet you’re right with SC ANG. Should be replacing MN ANG at OEPS. Saw the airspace reservations earlier but didn’t write them down - I think it was eastbound on the 19th and westbound on the 21st.

Eastbound 19th then they carry on down the Med 21st so id expect the MN a little later if all runs to plan. CE053 for the (SC) & looks like CE052 for the returning MN
Still missing a couple of the MN tails,

I think someone here mentioned the Blue Angels last week.. Bill? :)

Howard Altman did a very nice article. As far as I can tell, it's a scoop i.e. the first media report of hiring the new female jet demo pilot.

The Blues came back to Pensacola from Ypsilanti yesterday, have today off and have a squadron meeting tomorrow to discuss the new Public Affairs Officer job posting.
