Interesting. I wonder if there was an issue with 09-0016 (on the ground in Bali) because I've never seen the evac plane at the same airport as AF1.

I think you're on to something. (y) It looks like 09-0016 will be going home as SAM 250:

And, presumably 09-0015 will be SAM 46 with the tail swap.

I see VIP Notams for Honolulu and Anchorage for today.. Why Anchorage stop? Seems way out of the way
for return trip to DC from the Southern Pacific.
The Anchorage TFR is for VP Harris' westbound refueling stop reroute Thailand. She'll be taking SAM298 99-0003 and SAM460 98-0002. SecState Blinken is already in Bangkok having flown from Bali on SAM362.

Odd that 74-0787 is showing on ADSB as DOLE18, it's still listed on ACARS as GRIM99. Maybe the pilot was playing with the transponder entry?

AF1 has landed in Guam followed by the congo line GRIM99, RCH250, SAM46 and SAM394 (Sec Yellen).

SKATER-52 KC-10 #85-0032 off McGuire Southbound.Normally a non CAP Norad callsign.
Don't see many McGuire Skaters these days.
Mark

Looks like he's headed for one of the southern AR zones, maybe Burner ATCAA in NC?

Juicy 55 (KC-46 # 21-46057) looks to be heading in the same direction.

0905- Pithy 91 (E-6B # 164409 VQ-4 Det) inbound to JAX. Returning from overnight mission down to Gulf Of Mexico, off West Florida.

PITHY 91 timed their transit down the east coast of Florida to put them in viewing range of the Artemis moon mission launch at the start of the launch window. Unfortunately, the launch was delayed once more by a hydrogen leak before finally getting underway.

PITHY did TACAMO transmissions on the Atlantic frequency of 17.8 kHz rather than the usual Gulf of Mexico frequency of 27.2 kHz. This time, several signal modes were seen as the E-6 did transmissions in the less efficient long wire trail mode over the water. Usually, I observe only three narrow, wide and medium bandwidth VLF TACAMO transmissions on an E-6 mission.

Was this mission perhaps operated by VX-20?
