Odd that 74-0787 is showing on ADSB as DOLE18, it's still listed on ACARS as GRIM99. Maybe the pilot was playing with the transponder entry?

Looks like somebody got the word that the E-4B callsign is really GRIM 99.

In the civilian world with scheduled airlines, if you type something wrong in the FMS initialization page ident box on a Boeing it really messes things up. You get calls from Air Traffic Control and an ACARS message to call Flight Ops when you land. Don't ask me how I know... :)

OT USS Gerald Ford into UK Portsmouth..
That Carrier sure has lots of radars and antennas :)
The Awesome $13B USS Gerald R Ford Super Carrier Visits Portsmouth England - YouTube

I find it interesting that the Ford is flying the UK Royal Navy's White Ensign in addition to the Stars and Stripes. I had thought that the USS Winston S. Churchill DDG-81 was the only U.S. warship authorized to fly a foreign ensign.

Winston S. Churchill is also the only U.S. Naval vessel to fly a foreign ensign. Being named after a Briton, the Royal Navy's White Ensign is honorarily flown on special occasions from the ship's mast, on the port side, whereas the U.S. flag is flown from the starboard side. However, during normal operations, only the U.S. flag is flown on the center of the main mast.

OT USS Gerald Ford into UK Portsmouth.. Seems at 57 second mark in vid some US sailor decides to be a comedian.
Hope he gets confined to ship duty :)
No biggie but shows no class for this numbskull.

You can be sure that the USN will track him down, and make him regret that action. Restriction to the ship is likely to be involved.

Yes it does. I'm curious if the SPY-3 messes with video recording as much as the SPS-49 used to. :)

DECOY69 00-0182, a C-17 from Martinsburg, just went off the radar at 625 feet apparently going into the North Air Force Auxiliary Field near Orangeburg, SC. Field seems to have a short runway and is used often for C-17 practice.

The Anchorage TFR is for VP Harris' westbound refueling stop reroute Thailand. She'll be taking SAM298 99-0003 and SAM460 98-0002. SecState Blinken is already in Bangkok having flown from Bali on SAM362.
After a second refueling stop in Japan, only 98-0001 continued on to Bangkok, where it dropped Harris off and is back out. Looks like it’s heading back to Japan. Blinken’s jet is still on the ground. Maybe they only wanted one plane there. Odd that the parking spot is all the way in Japan, not Papa Lebar in Singapore.
