NASA Wallops launch still a go at 12:39 local.. Seems breezy to me here but say launch conditions 75% favorable.

Thought with frigid temps aloft would be good trail but maybe wind has something to do with that.
1244- I heard a pilot talking to Washington Center on 127.95(ZDC54 Salisbury) mention he saw a "quick flash of light" .light to his right. Another pilot just piped in and mentioned the rocket. They were chatting for a few seconds. Didn't catch either flight#
1326- NASA 426, a P3, just passing to my west going south at FL160, I can hear his props.

I corrected it the fingers aren't working today YES that was the frequency.. I never heard two pilots talking to each other on a center frequency before. The conversation was very quick but it was still very neat

1940 local SAM-141 #99-0004 and SAM-376 #01-0040 diving South thru Canada to DC.SECDEF returns to Andrews from Vilnius, Lithuania with a C-17 in tow. They will stop for gas in Shannon.
C-40 SAM 376 from Munich will make the Shannon stop as well.
