Earlier this afternoon had Gold 77 (from Travis) on ADS-B coming in from Nantucket. Also had Mazda 21 flt (3 acft) w/ZDC Atlantic City (281.45) requesting wx for Kinston NC. As soon as Mazda flt cleared for NC Gold 77 turned north and headed for McGuire.

At 1600 EDT Tester 18 (T-38C # 638135 NTPS) w/NTPS Ops (264.15) & Bay Watch (270.8) reporting flame out of right engine at FL350. They descended to FL200 then restarted engine but are aborting test flight and doing at straight-in approach for landing.

There were at least three T-38Cs up at this time
