At least 4 MD ANG A-10s have shown up at Nellis AFB. Never saw any C130 support come in the pick up equipment?

Hearing now (1545 EDT) on 134.1 acft 81 & 82 & they sound like a couple of tankers. 81 asks 82 to check with the receivers about uploads and 82 says they have an extra 5K fuel if needed.

Odd they would be using the WRI CP freq as interplane.

Think I heard callsign as Pack 81.

ADS-B is showing

AE026B 62-3515 P82 2016-05-12 23:43:54 KC-135R United States NH ANG | 157ARW | 133ARS [KPSM]

AE0150 57-1430 PACK81 2016-05-12 23:43:18 KC-135R United States NH ANG | 157ARW | 133ARS [KPSM]

Both are flying an orbit pattern west of Harrisburg PA & up toward State College PA.

2055z DOOM 96 calling McGuire CP 134.100,Ron that may have been who those PACK Tankers
were taking pictures with doing A/R up Harrisburg way.
Assume DOOM 96 B-52 inbound for McGuire airshow as posted above..Also possible B-1 display aircraft

Guys,

1445 EDT- Have Thunderbird 7 up with Bay Watch (305.2) indicating he's cancelling IFR and will RTB to McGuire.

A little earlier had a UK accent on 305.2 telling BW that the total area was unworkable. Maybe that was the RAF KC-3 Voyager that was working with the F-35s earlier this week. Nothing was showing on ADS-B.

C-32B 00-9001 landed at Andrews

ASCOT334 ZZ334 active over the bay this evening.

Active comms on Pax discrete 277.05. Sounds like a French accent for one guy.

The chase plane off the left wing of the tanker is definitely a F/A-18, and the jet in trail appears to be a F-35B (might be a Charile, hard to tell.) I'm not sure if that's a KC-30, but kinda looks like one. I don't think KC-46 is over this way for integration testing yet.

OT, we were over at SBY yesterday late afternoon to wait out the passage of a cold front - beautiful full arc double rainbow ...

The Tanker is an RAF A330 MRTT ZZ334. It seems to be living at PAX. I've been picking it up almost daily for the last week. Yesterday their was also a McGuire KC10 doing AR for Hours and Hours in the PAX restricted Zone then went off shore for several more hours.

I had Planefinder on last night, sitting on my deck identifying the flybys. that P8 (TRDNT02) came up. never got a visual, too low I think.
I don't think I've ever seen a mil flight on PF before. was this a factory flight maybe?

Rgr Ron had some on tape here..
TREND 11 split into 4 ship and two ship TREND 15
Followed by TREND 21,31 flights all direct Norfolk then sw to ZDC Norfolk 327.800 fading fast.
Seems all are 48th FW F-15's in from RAF Lakenheath.,Tankers were ROMA 61,71,81 KC-10's
and some ROMA KC-135's as well. Guess with overseas extended wing tanks they last refueled way up North.
Maybe off to Eglin or elsewhere for exercise?
