This is actually not Statecom but rather NYMAC-4 (Normally for Queens I/O).

Thank you brother!! I put the GRE PSR-800 up as the base unit, holy crap things I forgot or didn't know we're in this scanner us waking up!! I get this wildcard that's is encrypted I wish I knew what the heck they are saying. Like most already stated many talk groups are very active. I swear I heard one dispatched say " this is Super Bowl command in control. I'm working this weekend but this is very interesting for scanner stuff!!! In the middle of all this the city of Newark....WOW,!! Sad but lots of action on what 9 frequencies?!

There are presently two feeds streaming on ProScan ports 15468 and 20140 with mixed Super Bowl related traffic from Northern NJ. You would need to run the free ProScan software for Windows to hear these particular feeds, see ProScan for additional info. Hope this helps
Judging by this article, the F-16s won't be on patrol but will be on standby at ACY and scrambled in the event of a threat. It sounds like the CBP helicopters will be the main patrol.

As I asked before..... you must have the server or ip not just the port.

Under the scanner pic click "Remote scanner over IP"
click "client" then click "update" and look for the feed

Air Refueling Track AR-20 (Southwest Heading) will likely be active near-shore (Boston-New York Sector) area for various Superbowl CAP and AWACS it appears.
Recommend Mil Air Radio (AM Mode) frequencies via excellect sites below for AR-20 Tracks for load in scanners:
