Taney County Reception Problems on P25 Branson Site

I have also noticed poor results with the rubber duct 800mhz style antenna,
and have tried others.

Would anyone have advice of what antenna to use?

Again, this is a P25 I Branson /Taney CO site on 150mhz

A discone antenna wouldn’t be an option for me…

What are the frequencies and talkgroups do you have for taney county and Hollister, mo?

I use those on RR for the Branson and Hollister 700 sites respectfully.


I have good news with my reception issue.


Using the W1OORX antenna, I have much improved reception with the above-stated sites
here in SW Taney CO

Did you get the Hollister and taney county frequencies from radioreferance/ ezscan

Yes. I can hear Taney CO, Hollister PD, and Troop D very well now

I use (and hear) the talk groups assigned to all three agencies above taken from RR

Where can I find the 10-codes for these respective agencies..as I just moved here
