Fire OPS 5 is the OFD tone out same as the VHF Fire 2

I heard Tumwater tone out on OPS 6 which is the tone out and OPS 4 is their working TG.
DISPATCH is the old FIRE 1 for all the other depts

TW CAR would be a Tumwater C/C tg. OFD and TFD are respective fire departments. BFD should be Bucoda

I feel like I'm getting in way over my head here... I am trying everything to get a BCD436HP set up and am not not able to get it to work. I am using the Sentinel software and have not been able to figure out how to get it to communicate with the radioreference web service. The scanner worked fine with Thurston's old system but I don't know what to do to get the new system working on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
