Towns County, GA going Digital

Basically, I have a gentleman in that's help me decode the new NXDN in Towns County, GA. He is located in Union County, GA and I am still in South Florida until June.

FIRE DISP - 154.41500 RAN 25 NXDN Mixed
EMS DISP - 154.10000 RAN 25 NXDN Mixed
Sheriff DISP- 155.5800 RAN 25 NXDN Mixed

These seem to be the only NXDN digital frequencies in operation at this time. My friend and I both purchased NX-3220 portables recently. He has also decoded the new digital 2-Tone Alerting codes for all 6 Towns County Fire Stations and the ALL CALL single tone.

They work fine. Curious, by “mixed,” does that refer to mixed digital/analog?

Mixed allows radio to receive over digital and or analog on the frequency.
