I am having trouble with the Atlanta TRS in my 396xt. I cant find anything saying it is encrypted. I have programmed it as P25 one freq trunk and it's stopping on ID's but no audio. Also cannot get the system id to show via pushing the function key. Any ideas? Everything else in the scanner works I've programmed tons of systems and never ran into this problem.
