That's not a fair statement. In all my dealings with MARCS and Motorola, they've been really good about keeping to a schedule. Problems like this are generally problems at the local level, as we've seen in this case.
Gilmore tower was an issue months ago and as had posted. They were going with the existing Gilmore tower and construct new one a latter date. The last I had heard was infrastructure tying the links with the simulcast was what needed to be completed before testing can begin. That was also was weeks ago. I have no idea why this is taking so long. Weather should of not been a factor.
Latest Meeting on Wednesday, but no update reported on Tuscarawas County.

Just saw the NAC on the bottom of the DSD+ screen; been so long since I used DSD+ I forgot it was there.

Wow, nice strong signal. Five bars and an RSSI of -88 dBm here in SE Stark County.
With Stark County, there was about a month between when it went online and when we started to hear actual users. During that first month, there was alot of radio tech testing.
