Looking through these complaints all I see is telephone complaints not scanner...

How am I hating... I just ordered another 996xt today... plus an bct15x 2 weeks ago

a lot of us are just po'd that the app was not released with the product... IT SURE WAS ADVERTISED PLENTY with the videos... over here

My comment was simply referring to the fact that pointing out complaints related to PHONES is not germane to a discussion of scanners or scanner software.

I completely understand the concern over the lack of the app and any real information concerning it.
