Sentinel: Updating Database Failed

I have Spectrum and I'm able to update the master database using Sentinel 2.03

Weird?? I also tried to connect to my Verizon cell fone and It wouldn't let me get past the framework thing. I already downloaded that but still no so on either provider

If you're getting the .NET framework error, I'm assuming you haven't been able to install Sentinel? That's a different issue than the database updates others are mentioning.

For the .NET framework error, do this:

In Windows go to…..

Control Panel --> Programs and features --> click on "Turn Windows features on or off" (in the upper left corner)

Once that window populates, click in the box that says ".NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”,

Click OK, and they will be installed. Then Sentinel will install on that computer.
