I know GRE sometimes looks at the forums so here is my suggestion (wish). With the use of radio id's I'm quickly approaching the 1800 objects max. I've been deleting less used systems and talkgroups to make room. My idea is to have an optional upgrade to redistribute the memory. Example have a version that offers only 10 v-folders but allows18000 objects. This is assuming that each v-folder=1800 objects. I don't know anything about the software in the scanners so I may be assuming wrong. V-folders are great if you move locations but you can't scan V-folders. 1800 sounded like alot of objects until you add 1000 radio id's. Just my thoughts. Thank you. Pliquett.

If it was possible to do that, wouldn't it be 3600 objects with 10 v-folders, not 18000?

My understanding is that the memory type used for the V-Scanners and working memory are different, so there's no way with the current hardware to be able to do this.
