Presuming it isn't in the RR database yet? What are the frequencies?
It is not in RR because it is not an active system, frequencies may be changing as it is only in the testing phase at this time.

Ah, Ok. I will temporarily note that in my scanner. But keep the system on LockoutCould be wrong, but it sounds like Wake Forest, Rolesville and WSO using the new P25 system TG 46848 as Event 10 as they search for a suspect in an incident this afternoon.
Note i have a fair/good signal on control #853.925 SID 6038h-0011 no voice but IDs do pop up Ect#32016/33264/19824/40067/40048 on and on is this part of the new not active system ???
Where can I find the complete P25 info for Wake? Is the updated info in the RR database yet? Do I have to look on Digital Frequency Search? No, that is the old Motorola Type II Wake County TRS, not the new system. The new P25 control channel is 853.9625, and TGIDs are in the 46800 to 47400 range, with RIDs in the 183xxxx and 184xxxx range mostly.

OK, I did click on the attachments posted earlier in the thread. But, Other than the Control Channels listed in the attachments. I haven't entered anything else .The system is not yet active so it is not in RR, changes may be made before it comes online, the past month or so there has been almost no voice traffic. The licenses were posted in the early days of this thread, so you can see the frequencies licensed P25 to wake county, and I'm sure DFS lists them, but neither list the control, alternate and voice channels. Once it becomes active (probably later this year) it will be updated in the RR database.
That said, here is what I follow using Unitrunker v2 right now, but we do not know if this will change when the system becomes active.

Thanks for telling me. I had not heard anything in quite some time. So, I started to wonder if I had missed something. It'll be a while.
I heard wake county was switching over in October
ThanksI heard wake county was switching over in October
Now, All I am hearing from them is static. I still have them as Motorola Type II Smartzone which is probably why. I will be glad, when I can delete that system, and switch over to the P25 system.Wake County Fire Radios have been reprogrammed as of today to P25 channels until an unknown date in October when the switch will happen. Unkown abt any encryption, Ill try to find out more.
An increase in encryption, just at RPD?Another 12 talkgroups added to the testing/setup stage, total I have recorded now stands at 283. An official with RPD has said they have completed most of the reprogramming and there will be an increase in encryption, but not totally encrypted.
