You didn't google "siren tones"? The galls site has a quite diverse selection of them, all as the first google result.

Those siren tones are all mathematically quite simple, and can be generated with many different software suites. Personally, I have done it with audacity and gnuradio. I don't know your familiarity with them, if any...

I'll give you a hint, it involves "Tools --> Nyquist Prompt".
I'm not going to handhold this much farther, but if you need to create sounds in audacity and such because the ones that are commonly found on the youtube & googler aren't good enough...you can do it here. Good luck!
