Y’all are confusing each other and me, lol. Title says 451.800 but the ham tetra stuff is on 441.800. So the probable P25 signal is on 451.800?

As one of the admins of CTRS, yeah, can confirm that Wide Area sites will be starting to pop up in the Austin Area.

All the more reason it’s not surprising you hear the same thing.

Hell, I don't know what my father does on this site when I'm not looking. He likes to hunt rogue signals with my cousin and told me all about how he posted about this new signal he found. Recognized it immediately, and thought I'd come in and clear things up.

Just did a reread of the thread... Love my TETRA site getting thrown in.. Hopefully, it should be getting relocated and colocated with Site 5-1 over in Vista Ridge/Leander/Beecave once the site location is finalized...

Love yall

Glad you chimed in ki5kat, maybe you can clear things up. I performed a quick google search and it shows that you and n5uwu are admins for the tetra ham repeater on 441.800 (via QRZ) and looks like there's a new listing for 451.800 (via FCC search) under the same centex group. it's not uncommon for ham guys to have multiple repeaters on different bands and try to get them with the same suffix frequency.

as far as what IP addresses have to do with this, anyone posting in or around austin may have the same prefix since most of the entire area is under spectrum. my account is not a fake, and i don't have multiple accounts either. i've been contributing to the austin area frequency databases for over 30 years in one form or another. if you need to validate my credentials talk to Lindsay.

I never said a word about your IP address.
