SDS100/SDS200: Where’s the Nationwide/Statewide/County system tree on the SDS 100 sentinel software?

I’m have a problem with my sentinel software. Normally when I click on the Nationwide/Statewide/County Systems tree. I would click on the Plus or Minus and the information on the system would extend out. As of today I can‘t any of the city radio frequencies or county systems. How do I go about repairing the sentinel software? i will post a picture below of what my sentinel software look like right now. Thanks for any help on this matter.

Maybe try to reconstruct the database in Sentinel? Tools -> Options -> Reconstruct Database -> Start
