PSR500/PSR600: Wrong Freq.

I am trying to enter the frequencies in the Freq. column int the GRE PSR500 scanner, but the frequencies come up in the scanner wrong which are in the Scanner column. What is going on?

Those frequencies aren't allowed in that model.

The online specs say NO.

Radio Shack and Whistlers do not receive in that range.
However, my 396XT does.
So, find yourself a used 396, and then you'll be able to monitor. 996P2 receives there also.
