Well the air waves were busy here in Charleston today. The Inauguration was big and everybody was there, including the protesters. Governor's Security was keeping busy with everything and the WV National Guard Security was there too. It sounded like a good turnout.
Yes there was one TG and I submitted it, WVSP Executive Protection TG 9037. The private TG 9061 has been encrypted so far.
Hearing traffic on TG 4207 in Boone County This is a Countywide Police Talkgroup

Caught the WV Turnpike on TG 9340 & 9344 earlier today. Both appeared to be simulcasing the same traffic, however when 9344 came up I saw "ptch" appear where the TGRP msg was on my Pro 106 display. I guess that meant it was some kind of patch or something??

It's Lincoln Co BOE (School Buses), I haven't submitted it yet.
Yes, not sure but they usually patch 2 channels just about every day. They have done that from the start.
Ok Sorry about that. I wasn't aware that has been going on. I just noticed it the other day but I was aware that sometimes they will be on F-4 and sometimes on F-5. That's the first time I'd caught them using F-1 with an F-5 patch.
I caught I new one today as well, TG 4935. Heard Mason Control trying to contact OS 2 I believe. Caught it on the Ansted Site.

Chad, it's listed as a Radio Testing TG at the bottom under Radio Techs.
I had never notice it on my 396t but when I would run unitrunker it is the very 1st thing that comes up. I think when they got the system up they were trying to patch all of them at the same time and was messing up their radio's. At times it would patch the same talkgroup 4 times every time they would key the mic's,
