xts 5000 trunked programming scan list

yes when I edited my scan list to add zone 8 channel 1 to scan it will shows it in the scan list after I write the radio but wont work but all the other I put in work for some reason it the only zone 8 and channel 1 also when I am on that zone 8 and channel 1 I can not even put the radio on scan I am not sure what going on thanks in advance

Are you programming this as a radio that would not affiliate with the SIRN sites and therefore, you would be using it for receive only? Or are you programming it so you can talk on it?

it is affiliate with the SIRN and ever zone and channel I added to the scan list works fine just that zone 8 channel 1 wont work my sirn tech can not figure out why and has not got a email back

also I can go to zone 8 channel 1 and talk to tay county fine and listen when on that channel I cant even put radio in scan mode but any other zone I go to I can put in scan mode
