By all reason, 155.4050 should be an FM frequency, its a law enforcement freq, but I haven't identified where yet. Anyway....as an FM freq it was muffled, so when I went to change the mode, looking for a p/l or something I hit on AM and its coming in crystal clear....

Any reason for this??

Its on my pro 2067

Next time they transmit Paul, flip to 155.415 FM and see if that isn't the same freq. If so, that might solve the problem. (York County PA)

Just that I have York County on 155.415 coming in so strongly tonight that I can hear it from 155.405 - 155.425 but muffled once I turn off center freq. At .410 or .420 the signal gets muffled and at .405 and .425 I also lose about 3/4 of the signal. This idea might be out in left field but just thought it might be worth a try. I don't know how much discrimination the 2067 has.

[Edit] Nevermind...I just heard 155.405. I have EMS on there. At 00:14 it was Medic 23 from the base station. Have no idea who it is though. And I heard it using FM clearly.

Just played with it a bit...the freq is actually 155.400 that I'm hearing. Medic 22 and 23...22 just dispatched to West Street. Same thing you're hearing?

Hell...it's difficult to center on anything. All of NJ, PA, VA and DE are coming in tonight and there are signals on just about every freq you can tune to in that 155 range....sometimes more than one agency per freq.

Forget I mentioned it.
