Anyone know what the deal is with 159438 Alberta Ltd? I see them pop up often while scrolling through my SDR. They seem to use NXDN (Sometimes with encryption enabled). When I google the licensee not much shows up of interest. Not entirely sure what the use is for some of these (I've also heard analog with fleetsync).

159438 Alberta Ltd purchased and upgraded the repeater sites along the TMEP project. This company is from the Sherwood Park area Alberta and has been working with Trans Mtn to make this happen. Look at the license details and it will show " VHF upgrade for Kinder Morgan Pipeline " and yes they use NXDN Nex4 with encryption for all pipeline related communications. Some sites are shared repeater use with other commercial users however they are primarily Nex4 digital only. With VOIP, connecting and monitoring multiple sites is the norm these days.
