I removed the bin below the up fitter switches and put an XTL5000 O5 head there with DEK box. There's an O3 head on the dash to the left of the radio.

Under the rear left seat are two XTL drawers, VRS750 and a Siren/PA box.

Truck is a diesel 2010 F250.

No major problems with just over 105,000 km's on it although it's going in for service tomorrow for a strange noise under the hood.

One of the other vehicles in the fleet has had major problems and has spent a lot of time on the hoist.

Nice, I wish I had the cash for a pair of remote mount XTL's. For me, with power routed to below the cup holders, it made sense to bolt the 8800 to the kenwood. I had a spare kenwood bracket, and I made sure the radios would not intrude into my assistants legs. Now I just have to buy a couple of fender brackets for the kenwood and APRS antennas.

Trade ya straight across, Ford for Ford...I need one with radios in it :D

I think you might want to trade for one with decent tires, I can see why you would probably find those radios useful!

As far as 6.4 versus 6.0 I would take 6.0 (2005 and newer) any day over a 6.4. I have an 05 F350 that has 461,000 kms, a few other repair issues but engine works good.

Thanks lowbandguy, I would just stay as far away from the 6.4 TT as you can get.
