You bet! I came across that one awhile back and another CO member informed me of its use. I think its simplex, but most agencies using it would be between 6000-9000 ASL, which certainly doesn't hurt its propagation.

I did a search in Jefferson County and sure enough there is a license on 46.1000 for Golden. There is also a listing in the DB for Golden on 155.8350 with the same tone of 100.0 so it looks like that's the one.

I am using a Uniden 396XT and 996XT. A squelch setting of 151.4 will decode 150.0.
