Depending on what type of scanner you. I know that the #36HPs, and at least the SDS 100 Show the RIDs (UIDs) at the bottom of the screen.

30914 looks to be Branson west PD. Address given on a lockout call is in Branson West. Oddly enough it appears that they have Reeds Spring addresses.

You can match the radio at the person's Badge number (if the radio is issued to the officer (on a permanent basis) with the RID that it is shown.
RID on this case matches with a deputy. So it might been a donated set up (car and radio) or officer has different badge number based on whether working coubty or municipal. I will be submitting talk group later this evenin.

When the deputy is assigned to vehicle with a "new Rid" He's Badge reassigned to the new RID .
The Rid (in my list is sent to the pool for each agency to reused to next person assigned to the radio with that RID #).,

Not sure how stone county does it. They might have someone different in the car each shift. I know here in Polk county we don’t have assigned cars. They take the car at the start of their shift from the office. A certain officer might be in a different car every day.

Starting tomorrow (2/22/22), Springfield Fire and Greene Co Fire Departments main dispatch channels should be patched to Zone 4 as they begin their transition to Zone 4. Most of their Ops channels will likely be patched as well. Look for radio traffic on the these talk groups (in addition to searching for new talk groups):

40101 Ops 1
40102 Ops 2
40103 Ops 3
40104 Ops 4
40105 Ops 5
40106 Ops 6

40126 Springfield Fire Dispatch 1
40127 Springfield Fire Dispatch 2
40751 Greene Co Fire Wide

I'm sure there will be more patches as the deployment continues, but these are just my best guess for now.

If you're able to monitor Zone 4 at all.. I could use some help identifying talk groups that are not already in the RRDB. I've submitted a fair amount of talk groups so far.. so the main talk groups are covered. I don't expect all of these to be used and/or identified right away.. but new users have a tendency to scroll through the channels on their radios when they get them and that is a great time to log talk groups if you utilize control channel decoding software. It will likely take some time for the techs to make their way through programming roughly 13 fire departments.

Below is a list of talk groups that I believe to be associated with either Springfield Fire or a Greene Co fire departments either based on their proximity to other fire related talk groups in the block or the radios I've previously identified as fire users affiliating with these talk groups. Some of these talk groups could very well be associated with law enforcement or other uses. My hope is to identify them. With the active weather pattern this week in Southwest Missouri, hopefully there will be more activity to follow.

Ok rumor has it they went encrypted ?
Well that depends on who you mean when you say "...they went encrypted."

As of right now, ALL main law enforcement dispatch channels are in the clear. As with the old Springfield/Greene Co/City Utilities 800mhz system, there were digital and encrypted radios for SPD Criminal Investigations, I believe Greene Co SO and the GC Jail had a few encrypted talk groups and several "tactical" style channels that were encrypted. But, for the most part, not much has changed regarding main law enforcement dispatch channels for Zone 4. From my log, SPD Zone 1, 2, 3 are in the clear. GCSO Patrol 1, 2 and Tac 1, 2, Countywide (Municipal law enforcement agencies) and GC Jail Control and Overflow are in the clear. There really is a lot to listen to on Zone 4 now.
