Interesting that two of those frequencies aren't on any license anywhere near there. I know the Bellvue site has a pending application to add two freqs ( 861.0875 / 861.9375 ), so I'm making an assumption that they couldn't use other freqs on the license due to interference and may have set some non-licensed stuff up temporarily while awaiting for the pending license to be approved. After all, no law states they can't list whatever they want as an alt CC.
Wouldn't be the first time. Now that I can properly track these sites I'll be on the look out for changes.
Might be best to wait until you are able to get 4.4 or 5.5 (or capture latest info from some existing online sites like Union St Shreveport) before submitting. I only say that because it's getting pretty confusing. Really need another site pinned down that has all the freqs on the license. Good best Hosston is one of the ones online, but it's hit or miss as far as Plain Dealing / Bethany TX / Atlanta TX.
1F8 sites 7 Bay City, 9 Weimer and 10 El Campo were confirmed today, Neighbor 28 reported on Weimer site but does not match up with any nearby unidentified locations. P25data file attached.

Bay City license update is still pending for addition of new freqs. I guess that might explain why they have some "non-licensed" freqs listed showing active on the site. Probably waiting for app to be approved. Although it's odd that Site 7.7 lists site 9.9, 10.10, 105.105 and 114.114 as peers. You'd expect with those peers, that Site 7.7 would be in the middle of them. Really doesn't make sense for 9.9 or 105.105 to be a peer of Bay City.
And I updated peers on a bunch of sites (17) based upon your P25Data.
One thing to keep in mind is that the P25Data doesn't "go away". So at some point it might be good to back up the 1F8 portion of your P25Data file and start from scratch. That way if there are any CCs deleted / changed for sites, or peers, we will know about it more accurately.
Also -- I presume you have the latest DSDPlus update released within the past week or so. Have you had any chance to determine if it is properly trunk-tracking the AEP TDMA sites? I know you have the P25RX2 and probably don't bother to use DSDPlus for trunk tracking much these days.

I have noticed that all of the sites down here have more neighbors assigned than would be expected. The only thing I can see is they may be tying all sites associated with a main service center together.
The latest DSDplus version does trunk-track AEP sites now. I use it primarily for the spectrum display to locate signals. I do prefer the P25RX for trunk-tracking. The interface for capturing new talk groups is much easier to use and the voice quality is better.
I did wipe the P25data file of 1F8 sites once before but agree I need to do it again.

Confirmed 3.3 is Bellevue; drove by and watched the signal come and go. As you can see, Shreveport 66.66 and Mooringsport 80.80 are regular P25 P2 FDMA CC's. The rest are TDMA CC's. 4.4 is probably Hosston since I picked it up only on the west side going towards the north but unknown since I didn't go up there. 55.55 is the weird one as it's registered to Shreveport licenses but I only picked it up on the west side of town near the airport. Mooringsport 80.80 had many neighbors "isolated" as I'm learning that means those sites are on Site Trunking. No other site had isolated neighbors and 3.3, 4.4, 55.55, 66.66, 80.80, & 95-95 are the only ones I could actually pick up. Also some of the known sites showed 3 secondary CC's while tuned it to them.

I'd be pretty confident that Arsenal Hill TS / Allen Ave / Shreveport 55.55 is confirmed. It's peers are every peer that would make sense surrounding it, and every frequency sent over the control channel when monitoring it is licensed to the site -- and it is a newly licensed site.
Problem is a lot of these licenses down in LA area haven't been "touched' with updates yet. So they still have a ridiculous number of frequencies licensed to them that were likely never active on the old corresponding EDACS sites. Seems like for the most part, as the update the licenses they end up removing quite a number of frequencies.
What a mess for LA/AR/TX.

Nothing on this CC frequency. Lots of signals on this hill. NXDN, Provoice, Etc.
Sounds like a site that will come on very soon. Showing as failed/isolated, it does not surprise me that you do not find an active CC on the advertised freq. When it does come online, it may not even be using that freq for CC but might end up being one of the others on the license. But I would say there is a good bet that it will be online within the next week or two.
I bet there is a ridiculous amount to be heard from up on any mountain in WV. I'm a little bit envious !
