Tropo has been in out this morning, but I was glad to find a few things this morning.
I think it has also been in the wiki for some time. There are two Grove sites, and old site and a new site. The CC listed in the wiki was from the old license, as is the 858.8125. So either they haven't fired up the new site as a replacement for the old one yet, or they are just using the old site license freqs on the new site.
I can't remember who it was that caught all of those Northern sites. I think @wx5uif had found a bunch of them early on, and/or maybe you. I haven't paid attention to the OK sites on the map recently, but I'm thinking there are a few OK sites still needing to be confirmed.
And @firemantom26 just found a new peer of Site 54 -- Site 43 Keen Mountain VA (Buchanan). So:

Finally was able to decode Shamrock TX for the first time and submitted it. Still looking for Cheyenne OK but can't hear it for some reason. Band has been open to the panhandle this morning.

Mike Shamrock is FDMA.
It is showing Cheyenne as a neighbor with CC 856.4125 now and also with the FDMA band plan.
Last time I saw Cheyenne on a neighbor list the CC was 854.1625.
So far no additional sites in NW TX or SW OK have changed to TDMA CC.
