I wonder if Arista and Delbarton would ever come online, since there are other sites online so close to them (Rock and Williamson respectively). Of course, I don't know the terrain. Rock/Arista could end up both being part of the system with each one covering one side of a mountain or something. I'll leave that up to you to speculate since you'd know much more about the terrain than I.

I have a very good copy on Rock. I’ll keep an eye out. That area is very rugged it’s possible that both may be needed for coverage. I also have unknown signals on a couple of the possible Delbarton frequencies that Tom listed for that site.

Mike I think I copied enough different neighbor CCs to figure out sites 55 and 56 in Abilene.

Both of those licenses have a lot of duplicate frequencies. If you filter out the 20K bandwidth emission designators then 854.5875 is only south of town. It was 56.56 CC a few months ago.

I imagine you are correct, although I think you flipflopped callsigns. 854.5875 is unique to CEDAR GAP TS.

Bellevue, Plain Dealing, Ringgold, and Shreveport all EDACS CC as well as a second data channel broadcasting what sounds like P25 that my current equipment cannot decode. Most likely these are already P25 TDMA CC's and such the neighbors of Mooringsport. I'll either have to finish trying to mess with DSD or wait for Unitrunker to be TDMA CC capable.

I hadn't heard that. Thanks for sharing. That _may_ explain why a large portion of the Kentucky AEP P25 system has not come online yet. It probably never will, at least not as part of the AEP system.
