ARC 996 Software help

Difficulty while trying to copy and paste frequencies from database into software. All frequencies wind up in same number block and not one in each seperate block. Probably simple fix but need someone to point me in right direction.

Am new to this type of program, as one may could tell. Assistance appreciated.

[Butelsoftware]

Use Paste Frequencies instead of Paste.
