I'd bet the encrypted traffic is law enforcement of some sort. Best way is to catch radio ID's over a long period of time to track users paired to TGID's to pinpoint agencies.

I have my WS 1098 that runs constantly to do just that task. I'll go thru as see if I can export a data table that can be sorted in Excel.....won't be until the weekend tho!!

Caught this on a Whistler 1098 - Floyd Tower - White Co...............

30139 - ENCRYPTED

44730 - Most likely Pulaski CO SO Jail Transport

53609 - Fed??? - Surveillance Ops ??? - specifically mentions N Little Rock, but TGID is in 72 Washing Co. range

53784 - units in 800 range - police of some sort - Mountain Springs mentioned - 72 Washington Co.??

53790 - ENCRYPTED

53885 - 42 Logan Co. - now in DB

Does anyone know how we can get the Chicot County AWIN Talkgroups/frequencies added to Radio Reference? The entire county switched to AWIN a year ago, and the database still doesn't reflect it.

The RadioReference Database is a user-supported resource. Does anyone know what the talkgroups are? Has someone with that knowledge submitted it to the RadioReference Database?

If you have confirmed TG's send them to me as a submission or even list here on the Forum. Need the TG #, usage/name, if it is clear or encrypted, etc.

53717 - sounds like a security detail of some sort at an event, ceremony in an auction area - possibly at a rodeo.

Coincided with traffic on 2401 SP-GOVSEC1

I suggest this description be added to the ADEM section description.

The link to the ADEM DB page should be deleted as it no longer exists.

I have a question. I'll try to word this right.

I'm in Benton and I was wondering when I'm programming the surrounding counties, and there is the option to program AWIN for each county, do I have to program the whole AWIN list for each county? Can I just program AWIN for say, Saline or Pulaski county and then the conventional channels for Garland, Grant, Faulkner and Hot Spring Co.? Also, what sites do I use? Do I just use the ones near me or what? I travel to the NW part of the state every week. Do I utilize some sites along the route? I notice on the scanner it seems to go through alot of sites (depts) when it's scanning. Thank you.

Been getting 53782 off of Benton County Simulcast, maybe related to 53784?
Dispatch is being referred to as MedCom, so obviously EMS, national park mentioned so maybe Hot Springs area? Pafford maybe?

Also for those in NWA, got a few to look out for in the XNA groups that I've hit before on SDRTrunk, but haven't heard in a bit:
53881
53882 - (pretty confident this is another fire channel or maybe even a medical, just need actual confirmation)

Database has through 5, so 83, 84, and 85 are already in

53784 - I've heard Mtn Springs & Ward specifically mentioned several times, so I believe it's a Lonoke Co. unit.
Always an 800 series unit, just can't pinpoint who they're talking to.

Doesn't MEMS operate in Lonoke Co.??

Based on this map they have it's iffy, seems like it's Cabot and chunks of Lonoke, not fully Lonoke though.
Wouldn't be too odd if they were unrelated but more or less with how AWIN assigns TGs, it would be reasonable to guess that they are related somehow but yet again with distance, could also just be two entirely separate agencies.

Just a theory though, needs to be listened to and verified fully to know if they are somehow related, but the 53782 now does seem like it for sure is a Pafford TG out of Hot Springs (been dispatching to addresses all over town + Benton County having Pafford Coverage, someone's radio must've had roaming on and carried it over)
