I'd bet the encrypted traffic is law enforcement of some sort. Best way is to catch radio ID's over a long period of time to track users paired to TGID's to pinpoint agencies.
I have my WS 1098 that runs constantly to do just that task. I'll go thru as see if I can export a data table that can be sorted in Excel.....won't be until the weekend tho!!
The RadioReference Database is a user-supported resource. Does anyone know what the talkgroups are? Has someone with that knowledge submitted it to the RadioReference Database?Does anyone know how we can get the Chicot County AWIN Talkgroups/frequencies added to Radio Reference? The entire county switched to AWIN a year ago, and the database still doesn't reflect it.

Based on this map they have it's iffy, seems like it's Cabot and chunks of Lonoke, not fully Lonoke though.53784 - I've heard Mtn Springs & Ward specifically mentioned several times, so I believe it's a Lonoke Co. unit.
Always an 800 series unit, just can't pinpoint who they're talking to.
Doesn't MEMS operate in Lonoke Co.??
