What is the best online feed to monitor the most activity. I understand the radios are going nonstop but what would provide the most tactical and planing stuff. Not just move your officers to "Street name".

You're not going to hear a lot of strategic or planning traffic on the City system. What you are hearing is dispatch and tactics...they do the rest via phone, conference, meetings, etc. Then that is filtered down to the districts. You hear the results of those decisions/plans, basically.
So what online feed would you recommend?
The Baltimore City P25 system on Broadcastify.
Anyone know who is using 8140 on FiRST? RID: 21700xx, 21703xx
Command Post to long radio id. Checking Statuses.
Anyone know if County Police are being issued radios that communicate with City's special Event TGs, Citywide and District C?
With this and the 10a/11a info, I am able to do a good guess on all the other A and C combinations. So far they seem to bear out to the extent I've heard anyone refer to the chamnels. That's part of their zone/channel numbering scheme- radio channel pos 7 (Western) on zone C (tac). It's in the DB for 7C only so far.
Is that the only place?
Are the city radio ID'S worth trying to capture for Police? Or are the radios assigned to persons who then assume different unit numbers for their shifts? I know that the fire units seem to stay with their units. Just wondering if the police radios are portables assigned to officers or if they are assigned to a car number like fire units?
