Getting tired of all the stupidity.
Now the Palm Bay site seems to be working as it always has. I can't be sure there ever was an issue with it. Might have been a signal strength issue over where I'm at.

Both Sharpes and Scottsmoor voting sites (simulcast) are now active. The change was made to the Titusville site # and LCN order has changed. This just confirmed.

the site number and LCN were not provided because they did not have that info on hand. I was advised the 2 most north voting sites are active currently.
I've been monitoring the frequencies from the new list above and Titusville is now transmitting analog voice on 9 of the frequencies. Four of them are part of the old frequencies (old LCN 2,3,7 and 8).
None of the other old LCN frequencies seem to be transmitting any longer.
The CC frequency has not changed. Listening in trunk mode I can see talk groups come up and the radio usually goes to one of the old unused frequencies momentarily but there is no signal. Very rarely it will go to one of the four old frequencies still in use and I hear the transmission.

Try simultaneously monitoring something busy (BCSO!) on two scanners, one set to Tvil and one to Rockledge. Since it may be presumed that Rockledge data is still correct, you'll know any time that the Tvil scanner misses a call or jumps to the wrong channel.
There is absolutely no guarantee that there aren't some expansion frequencies in that 14 frequency licensed list, which aren't currently in service. It may be quite possible that only 10 channels are currently active.

These frequencies match the new site called Cocoa in the RR database for Brevard County EDACS. I don't think the LCN is correct and it doesn't match what is in the post above.
I programmed it as listed in the RR database and only hear a few of the talkgroups.
If I monitor one of the frequencies as a conventional signal I hear transmissions that the trunk system does not.
I also see the site ID as 12 with a BCD396XT.

I checked it with SCAT dispatch on what are new Tville frequencies vs Rockledge; it is working on both the scanners I have programmed and I'm not missing any conversations. I would notice if the scanner tried to use one of the blank channels (they aren't empty, so I would get static like before with the wrong LCN and frequencies).
I reprogrammed the LCN as in post 5 above and seem to be hearing everything.

Please post your version of the new list as it is programmed in your scanners and working as you described.

Remember, this whole upgrade is centered around SIMULCASTING. Simultaneous broadcasting.
The idea is that as a radio in the system moves from the coverage of one site to the next, it switches sites seamlessly with no intervention on the part of the operator.
I'm not exactly sure how that's implemented in the radio side programming, but simulcating does apparently make use of duplicated frequency assignments in multiple locations.
Honestly I'm not as "up" on simulcasting in an EDACS environment as I'd like to be. Same applies to P25. But I sense learning taking place.
