No, fox23, you just posted that Broken Arrow is going to decide on the ordinance tonight, but you have the emergency clause clearly printed at the bottom of the verbage of the ordinance. It's already been passed. But what is the emergency?

Also, they weren't forward thinking by just dreaming up this ordinance, they actually had complaints to bring this ordinance into place. So get your facts straight.

The very first video on the Red Clay Casino was withheld from being posted on the City of Broken Arrow's website for two or three months. The very next meeting was when everybody went down to city hall to protest the casino. The City of Broken Arrow made a motion for cease and desist order against the casino. Everybody cheered and thought that was a good idea. But, the City of Broken Arrow didn't come up with that idea. Somebody on the first video came up with that idea.

So they don't need to be monitored, because they are downright sneaky, and we are just supposed to assume that the government is down there behaving themselves...

Ok....so....I have been scanning the BA site and I am getting Jenks PD and FD and Glenpool FD on my Phase 1 scanner. I was under the impression that these towns and agencies were using Phase 2. Anyone know what is going on?

I've seen Jenks PD show up as P2 on my TRX-2, but have not seen it on my 996P2 in the car because it's hidden out of view. I have just built a Box that will allow me to use my Remote Head on my P2 scanner and see what it's showing.

About this time next week...and some of those guys are incumbents for years on end. It's time for them to go.
The one was the mayor during the Red Clay Casino, but he stepped down to City Council (not sure what difference that makes), and decided on himself that he can still stay there.

The only time anything has changed in recent elections, is when someone resigned or left office.

I actually did have a response to the drone ordinance that I sent in my absence to my ward councilor and not the city clerk, (shouldn't matter) but never got any response back.

I also discovered recently that the City's auction this past week, had a car that wouldn't be paid for by the taxpayers would it? Or was it asset forfeiture? A daily driver with a run out transmission? Public Surplus: Auction #2097961

That's a P1 & P2 scanner...which are you hearing it on?

And which sites/towers (any) are you hearing it on?

Wait...I saw 6000 come across my scanner the other day...so yeah that would be Jenks...

Wonder if it's because BA is moving from Phase I to Phase II...

A P25 system that supports TDMA (a/k/a "Phase 2") will drop a TG back to non-TDMA if there is a radio affiliated to that group that doesn't support TDMA ...

Are the Bixby and Broken Arrow Systems available to listen to?


I have both SDS100 and 200

They come and go, BAPD Dispatch sometimes is clear and all other traffic is encrypted same with Bixby PD.

Government spending money on stuff they don't even need...most acceptable answer ever!

I'm hearing the dispatcher on 1000 in the clear but the guy on the other end is encrypted on a phase 1 scanner.
