Buffalo Fire TAC Channels

I heard Buffalo Fire at the Italian fest using TAC 1 and TAC 2; it was on 423.900, ch 3, in simplex mode. Does anyone know the PL or DPL for these

I saw that too, that's for the repeater. I think he was mentioning it being simplex. So it's plausable the simplex has a different PL/DPL.
