AFAIK, the P25 TGID is just a 16-bit number. I don't know what software that log is from, or what it's trying to represent.
This is from DSD+ FastLane...

I got one those TG's also today
Here's the interesting log, check out the second to last line, new TG format for the system? I know EDACS was like that XX-XXX but P25!?

It's referencing an 800MHz channel for the group call which doesn't fit the system. Likely bad decode?
That's why I'm thinking it's a faulty decode that you're seeing, since the TG format is wrong and the frequency is wrong. Likely a red herring.Which is odd because we have ZERO 800Mhz in use in the Cloverdale area except for CalTrans...

A decode error in DSDPlusAgreed, but what could it have been then? FWIW, yesterday TG 1 yes ONE, was in heavy use.

A decode error in DSDPlus
Who knows? Why stress about it?Well yeah, but what was it *supposed to be*...LOL! I mean there was obviously data there.

It looks like the FCC approved more frequencies in the VHF spectrum for CRIS. This is from this week's updates.

If following the site pattern and maps 35, 36, 38, 39 and 40 (that have been heard so far) should be in the central coast region and 50, 51 and 53 (that have been heard so far) would either be part of the inland region (perhaps why they are showing VHF tables?) or fill-in sites.
Some places to check;
Eastside
Palo Escrito Peak
Calandra CDF (Cal Fire) Lookout
Rocky Butte
Lowe Mountain
Arroyo Grange Peak
Solomon Mountain
Santa Ynez Peak
