AFAIK, the P25 TGID is just a 16-bit number. I don't know what software that log is from, or what it's trying to represent.

That's why I'm thinking it's a faulty decode that you're seeing, since the TG format is wrong and the frequency is wrong. Likely a red herring.

As usual in Alpine County this is all located on Leviathan Peak. It can serve parts of northern Mono County as well.

Palo Escrito would be nice because it sits above Soledad , but it's to close to Williams Hill. The next site would probably be Fremont peak that covers north Monterey County, south Santa Cruz County and parts of north San Benito County Hollister area.
