Have 1,2 & 5, but have been unable to locate 3, & 4. Anyone know what they are?

WELLLL ....... Found out Clovis, California has yet ANOTHER Unknown Frequency. PD referred to "CHANNEL 16".
So, any ideas on what 3, 4 and 16 are?

I have Clovis 7 (460.025) in the 785D. Fresno Sheriff calls it "Channel 1", Fresno City Police calls it "Channel 8".

Yeah, quite a few counties (Amador, Placer, Sutter, Yuba) around here have everyone on a single system county-wide. Sounds like the same thing down there.

Just looked in "Government Radio Systems". Look like the following for Clovis:
