DSDPlus DSDPlus is missing the signal?

Anyone using DSD-2268 ? I am looking at some 900mhz its showing DPMR but that's all! No data at all nothing?

Screenshot? Are you using FMP* + DSDPlus or SDR Software + virtual cable + DSDPlus? Do you have DPMR selected? In the menu system, under Decode, "Decode DPMR" is not selected automatically. You need to enable it. And I can't remember, but it _may_ be that if you enable DPMR deoding, you may not be able to decode any other protocol whilst you are decoding DPMR.

Have not tried disabling all the other flavors but did add DPMR. (ALSO) Tried running the DSDPLUSUI and when I try to add the FMP24.exe it says
not dsdfastlane? but the files are from their updates? and yes I have Virtual cable on computer even though I believe its no longer needed per DSD staff.

It is safe to assume that you paid for DSDPlus Fast Lane and are running the most recent version (not just the files that can be obtained from www.dsdplus.com). If you have the "free" version of DSDPlus from www.dsdplus.com and did not pay for / recieve / install DSDPlus Fast Lane, then you do not have Fast Lane.

If you do have Fast Lane, I cannot say why DSDPlusUI isn't working. It's not guaranteed to work. DSDPlusUI is not something made by the DSDPlus author. If it doesn't work you'll have to get support from the author of that software.

A Virtual Cable is not needed if:

a. you are running DSDPlus Fast Lane
b. You are running FMP* connecting to DSDPLus directly via direct method or TCP Linking

I did play with the DSDPLSSUI last nite and in setup it says FMP24.exe NOT from dsdplus? and its all the latest versions that came with 2268. I did try disabling all data types except DPMR with no luck on a bunch of 900mhz commercial channels all with no luck?

DSDPlusUI 1.01.37 is the current stable version, 2.0.9 is Beta status, which are you attempting to use?

DSDPlusUI 1.01.37 and DSDPlus 2.268 get along ok on my systems.

Whilst you are parked on an active 900 mhz trunked channel with DSDPlus, please consider using "r" in DSDPlus to record a minute of raw audio. Press "r" once when focused on DSDPlus and you will start raw audio recording. Press "r" again a minute later and it will stop recording. Then archive up that file make it available for us to download and run through DSDPlus ourselves.

You did say that when you have FMP24 + DSDPlus running, in the bottom lefthand corner of the DSDPlus EVent Window it does display DMPR right? If so, then it must be copying the signal. The question is, is the signal any good. That's why I'm asking that you consider recording some raw audio and making it available so that we can download it and pipe it thorugh our DSDPLus in an attempt to give you a better idea why you aren't hearing anything.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's something else, probably DMR. Unless you're outside of North America, enabling dPMR detection is probably just going to cause you grief. Just about every digital signal is going to have 12-symbol sequences that look like dPMR sync patterns. And using something other than FMPA/FMPP/FMP24 is just going to exacerbate the problem.

But definitely cough up a raw audio recording so we can see what's up.

I got same error but I didnt have the patience to figure it out so back to using my .bat file!

I'm un the us the ones I believe I see are Los Angles? one seemed to have a beep in the data channel every so many seconds and others seemed close to P25? I will get a raw audio capture soon.

If you are chasing the actual key, you won't find it as it isn't transmitted

All us systems are slowly moving to OTAR! Or that's the plan?

It makes sense. as far as i know there is no key 0, it starts from 1 to 255. How will it be possible to find out the type of encryption used?

Yep BP use key Ids. iI know that, the network in question uses BP. The problem is that Fast Lane does not show it ....

please see the log, is it due to the TXI? (( Enc TXI Group call; TG=14 RID=254 Slot=1 Alg=BP 4s ))

Key # missing from DSDFastLane

I am running 2.256 and have the verbose set at 4. I noticed that the key# is now missing from DMR and Nxedge systems.
