I was told Colombia Montour county are officially 100% switched over to p25 phase 2 and the 154.055 will only be used for pagers only and the county ops 1&2 are to patch outside units into the p25 that don't have p25 radios.

Yes county ops 1 and 2 can be used for out of county units lso they have capabilities to patch in to p25 system

They are still in our new radios but usage has depreciated to very minimal
