East Coast Pagers

Does anyone have any experience with East Coast Paging? We are considering them as we are planning on ordering a significant amount of Unication products. I have observed their website but just wanted to get some local opinions if possible. Thanks in advance!

I truly can’t speak highly enough of them. I’ve ordered several products from them including a couple Unication pagers and have zero complaints. In the way of customer service, they’re fantastic in my opinion. There was one point in time I was sent the wrong model of pager [ wrong band ] and they were very quick to respond to my emails and correct the situation. To make up for the error, the correct pager that was ultimately shipped to me had the DMR upgrade already as well as the extended warranty thrown in for free. Phil (@w2lie) at East Coast paging does a lot of good to help others, and to further the hobby. Numerous customers have spoken highly of him and he works hard and is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, whether it's helping with scanners, SDRs, and especially Unication pagers. You won't find a more dedicated and honest person to work with.

Not long ago there was a person who did not buy his pager from ECP and lived in Canada, he was having issues getting a problem taken care of and Phil offered to help him free of charge.

I didn't purchase my G5 from ECP, but Phill was "front and center" to offer assistance regarding an out-of-warranty repair. I experienced very impressive customer service, and I wasn't even his "customer." This speaks highly of his integrity and customer service philosophy. I'm betting you will obtain exceptional service should you move forward with your purchase with him.

I highly recommend East Coast Pagers. I ordered my G5 from them and the customer service is excellent. I had emailed Phil my codeplug I had built for my g5 and when I arrived to pick it up Phil had my g5 fully charged and my codeplug loaded and showed me how to use the g5. Also assisted me when I was having some issues with my g5 which ultimately led to me rmaing the unit back to unication and receiving a brand new unit. The new unit I received has been working flawlessly.

I have purchased 2 G4 units, plus other accessories through Phil @ East Coast Pagers. My experiences with Phil were outstanding. All my future Unication business will no doubt be through East Coast Pagers.

Phil at ECP is the way to go hands down! He is a stand up guy great service. I purchased my G5 from him and he has helped me with any questions i have had quick. You will not be let down at all.

Just wanted to chime in that this thread made me make a purchase from East Coast Pagers. I inquired late at night about shipping a charger to Canada and had an almost instant response. I ordered on a weekend and it shipped the next day. Arrived VERY quickly considering I usually have a long wait for international shipping. It was packaged well too.

Phil and East Coast Pagers gets another +1 from me and when I’m ready for a G5, it’s going to be purchased from him.
