The vendor said you told them to raise the price by $100? Did your company not do this? Is webtron-x a liar?

A customer asked how to report an issue, call you or Uniden directly and you told him neither. Did you not do this? Your response is apathetic and borderline disrespectful. You could have told him that you are investigating it or something. Almost any response besides the one you gave would have been better. Your OFFICIAL RESPONSE makes it sound like Uniden doesn't care.

Webtron-x was given an ultimatum, either raise your price or you aren't going to be a dealer anymore.
