Finding NXDN LCN for an 800Mhz trunked system

I’ve been tasked to aid my local Police department in setting up a private scanner feed via Zello For Work. The admins and Chief want to be able to monitor their own traffic without being attached to a radio all the time.

We were given a Uniden 996P2 with the NXDN upgrade. Their 800Mhz NXDN system is brand new and runs 3 sites covering the city each with 4 800Mhz control channels. This is a trunked system. Our challenge is finding the LCN for each control channels. Our scanner model doesn’t have an LCN finder function so we contacted the radio service that installed the system and they are not familiar with how to program the system into the 996P2.

Is there a LCN calculator that will find a LCN for a 800Mhz frequency? The calculators on RR will not find an 800 frequency. Only the 400Mhz frequencies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I could put the frequencies here if someone would be kind enough to find the LCNs for me. Thanks for your help with this matter. I always find RR forums to me very helpful.

If it is the PD's system then the shop that programmed the radios should give you the info.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. That is in fact the system I’m trying to program for the PBPD. The radio system installers are really useless in programming my 996p2 scanner. I see some others have higher end scanners and software that have done the job for me. I knew this group would come through. Thanks Ya’ll.
