Franklin County Fire Dispatch

Right now I am scanning 154.43000 with a RAN of 21, it is the Franklin COUNTY Fire Dispatch frequency, the frequency is listed as unencrypted, I am getting the same noise that I get from Frankfort FD Dispatch which is fully encrypted. Does anyone know if the county has also gone encrypted like the city?

I went through some old notes. At one time they were in the clear but its been years since I have listened to them. If they are Enc now let me know and I'll change it on the DB.

They have gone Encrypted, the audio just isn't coming through anymore.
