City of Grand Rapids has a valid/active license for this frequency. ULS License - General Mobile Radio (GMRS) License - KAD6734 - GRAND RAPIDS, CITY OF - Administration

Also, don't rule out expired licenses. While that would not be legal, sometimes people just don't understand the process and will assume that they are licensed for life...
I probably missed it, but where does is it indicate it’s for 462.700? Not saying your wrong, I just probably looked overlooked it.

So to answer the original question from the original forum it was posted in...GMRS listings (personal or business) are permitted in the RRDB as long as a) the specific user/usage can be identified and b) there is a PL/DPL in use that has also be identified.
